Probably the best Pad Thai I've had in Bangkok. Sadly, I don't know the name of the shop given that my Thai reading skills are beyond rudimentary. But I can definitely point you to the right direction. You can have this beautiful plate of Pad Thai from a shop that's only a hop, skip and a jump away from the BTS Thonglor Station. You won't miss it. It's right by the spot where orange vest clad men manning motorcycles congregate.
What I love about this is that they serve it to you wrapped in a blanket of scrambled egg and once you tear the egg wrap, the Pad Thai unfolds in all its glory. And the best part is, all this goodness for only 60 baht! Cheap and G-double O-D good. Definitely fits our criteria for an awesome cheap date.
